RETURN POLICIES

• Returns are accepted for Original Paintings and Drawings within 7 days after the delivery date.

• Eligible returns must meet the following Criteria

  1) Must be in original Packaging

  2) Must be in the same condition received*

  3) Return Shipping is at the expense of the buyer

  4) Returns must provide proof of purchase

  5) Returns must be shipped within 7 days after its delivery date.

  *Returns are subject to review. Original Drawings & Paintings will be inspected before refund is approved. Once your item is received you will be notified if your refund has been approved or rejected. (Please see Return of Damaged Products section if your product was damaged during shipping.)

Return of Damaged Products

• You are eligible for Refund of the art and the return shipping cost. Please contact lbmc@lbmckayart.com if your item was damaged during shipping.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Original Paintings/Drawings do not ship outside the United States.

• Prints are only shipped in United States and Canada.

• Shipping is completed though USPS, UPS, FedEx.

• Paintings are Insured for full price and require signature for delivery. Please ensure an adult 18+ is home for delivery.
